Mother Nature kept us on our toes this weekend with sleet, snow and rain. By Saturday evening we thought we were going to loose our trails. However, it turned over to snow and this morning we have 4 plus inches of heart attack snow and we are supposed to get a few more inches today. Some groomers went out late last night and compacted the snow into a hard base that should with stand any warm ups we get the rest of the year. So, over all this crazy weather accidentally created some great trails. It will be cold all week and further set up our new base. There is talk of another storm hitting here on Sunday and Monday but this weekend we’ll have great trails. The trails are so good or better as you go north into Bayfield County. We dodged a bullet this last weekend and will once again have great trails for the next weekend. Get out and ride, you’ll find beautiful conditions!!
