Stone Lake was the place to be last Thursday night! It was host to Ladies Night Out, a night for women to shop and talk, while enjoying a variety of refreshments. My mom, along with a couple of friends, and I began our night at Stone Lake Lumber, where my mom promptly began to shop for doors while the rest of us got something to drink. Next, we headed to Dot and Ollie Boutique. I could have spent forever in there. The store had a variety of décor, including the cutest plant hangers and wall prints. There were handmade soaps and a beautiful selection of jewelry. With such kind and helpful store owners in Stone Lake, Ladies Night Out was bound to be a great time!
Chit chat and coffee go hand in hand, so we headed to the Whistle Punk. They had several drawings that we could enter and when I ordered my drink they gave me three golf balls. If I could toss one of the balls into the glass of water across the counter, my drink was free! Unfortunately, my hand eye coordination failed me, but my Turtle Mocha coffee was excellent. If you stop in there, be sure to try a pretzel; they’re delicious!
At each restaurant or shop we stopped in, we received a ticket to be entered in a drawing for Stone Lake Chamber Bucks. We were crossing our fingers we’d win so we could use it at the fun places we were walking through. We ended our night at Red Schoolhouse Wines. The atmosphere was perfect, sitting outside in the cool breeze with white lights twinkling above us. Ladies Night Out was a great reason to stroll through Stone Lake and we can’t wait to stop by again!
Did you attend Ladies Night Out? I want to hear all about it! Share a picture on Instagram and tag us (Hayward_Wisconsin) and be entered in a drawing for a $200 shopping spree in Hayward!
