Hayward Golf Club: Established in 1924, the Hayward Golf Club is located in the heart of the resort community of Hayward, Wisconsin. This course is an 18-hole, par 72 public golf course that is a golfer-friendly experience: challenging for the good golfer and charitable to the average and beginner golfer. Enjoy the combination of an immaculately groomed course, Northwoods scenery, and beautiful landscaping. 2023 saw a significant tee and bunker project completed at the facility that enhanced several existing tee boxes, created some entirely new tee boxes, and overhauled bunkers throughout the golf course. The Caddyshak bar and grill is open for breakfast and lunch, Tuesday through Thursday. An indoor golf simulator is available year-round.

Big Fish Golf Club, like many Pete Dye-designed courses, has a wide variety of holes. Pete Dye did a masterful job of having the front and back nine of the course flow together. The front nine is made up of open, windswept fairways, and the back nine is full of rolling, tree-lined hills. The signature bunkers are present throughout the course as well as the varying greens, which make the course different every time you play. For beginner golfers, the front nine is straightforward for players that may not always hit the ball long or straight. The back nine is challenging with its tree lined undulating fairways. After playing, enjoy the clubhouse for sandwiches, pizza and drinks. An indoor golf simulator is available during all seasons.

The course was designed and built by a 1920’s Chicago gangster, Joe Soltis, and served as his private estate. After playing the Scottish style elevated greens stop at the nostalgic lakeside clubhouse. The clubhouse is a historic lodge that is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and offers a lounge for relaxing, snacks and a full bar. The course truly offers a glimpse into the past.

Lakewoods Forest Ridges Golf Course, Cable, Wisconsin

Forest Ridges Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course that gives you a true Northwoods golf experience. Tree-lined fairways offer spectacular views over woodland ponds and wetlands.
