  2. Visit the Fishing Hall of Fame- Even if you aren’t a die-hard angler, a visit to the Fishing Hall of Fame and Hayward’s most recognizable landmark is a must.  Climb to the top of the Giant Musky and take in the stunning views of Lake Hayward and the Namekagon River.
  3. Stroll along historic Main Street in Hayward, enjoy the many local shops, and grab a glass of wine at Out of the Woods Winery.
  4. Canoe, kayak, or tube on the Namekagon River.  There are multiple outfitters in the area that can set you up to explore Wisconsin’s Moving National Park.
  5. Bring a bike or rent one at a local retailer and explore some of the 300+ miles of off-road bike trails in the area. A great spot for beginners to intermediate off-road cyclists is the Gateway Trails cluster at Tamarack Health-Hayward.
